About This Project

The Northern Lights Conferences started in 2006 with ‘An Appreciative Inquiry into what schools are getting right’. The result birthed a whole series of events and transformations in schools and workplaces. AI is a way of looking at situations which brings out the best of us and stimulates creativity and problem solving, simply by developing an ’appreciative muscle’ and building a solution-oriented culture.
